Seriously, best program ever. Three months postpartum and I'm almost down to my pre-pregnancy size. Actually, I think I look better than I did pre-preggo. It's super intense at first, but once you get on it and keep on doing it, it gets easier. Plus, it's just fun! I hate workouts that don't have any humor and have the same repetitious workout movements.
I'm not looking to lose any more weight now, just tone up. Understandably, my tummy is still jiggly. *sigh*
